tea is the agricultural product of leaves and leaf buds of Camellia sinensis plant. It is aromatic beverage prepared from the combination of boiling water and cured leaves of the above plants .It is the most widely consumed beverage in the world. It has a cooling, slightly bitter and caustic flavor which many enjoy. Many people drink tea in the summer since it has cooling effect in the body. tea contains catechins , a type of antioxidant .In a freshly picked tea leaf, catechins can compose up to 30 percent of the dry weight . tea kettles is a small kitchen appliance used for boiling water in preparation for making tea. There are two types of kettles namely stovetop kettles and electric kettles. chai tea is used to indicate the spiced milky tea as distinct from other types of tea. The coffee shops uses the term chai tea to indicate that the steamed milk of tea .It is famous in south Asian countries .In United States of America this type of tea is served in a cold format .Many new fast moving consumer goods company are producing tea in powdered format .This is mainly because of the huge number of consumers around the world.
